Images of Enlightenment - How They Help
|
Program Description:
Many of us have Andy Weber-painted images of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in our lives. For almost 50 years Andy has studied and painted Tibetan Buddhist iconographic art. Original thangkas and their reproductions, in the form of posters and cards, are treasured by Dharma centers and individuals worldwide. With author Jon Landaw he created the classic reference book Images of Enlightenment. In this Zoom talk, Andy will share his experience of how the images inspire and deepen our Dharma practice. There will be time for a Q&A with Andy after the talk.
