Returning Home: In-Person meditation retreat

Picture
with Ven. Jampa Sangmo

Sunday, June 5, 2022
10:00am - 1:00pm PDT

Registration is required

Out of consideration for our teacher, staff, and other attendees, we're encouraging in-person attendees to wear masks when indoors (extra masks will be available).

Program Description:

Join us in person at the Tse Chen Ling gompa for a morning retreat of sitting and walking meditation. We will learn ways to weave these ancient practices, given to us by the Buddha, to benefit us through whatever the current times may bring.

After instruction and context for both sitting and walking meditation, we’ll be practicing silence during much of the morning. But there will be time for community and questions and answers as we rejoice in being together again for in-person meditations. This retreat is open to people of all backgrounds and experience.

The retreat will be an in-person event. If you're out of the area or can't attend in person, a Zoom link will be available for portions of the morning.

She has lectured and led meditation groups and retreats at organizations, corporations and meditation centers.

Suggested donation amounts are provided, and we welcome you to offer what you can to help us sustain our programming and make the dharma and events like this possible.
