Parenting in Times of Stress
with Pam Cayton
Sunday, June 7, 10:30am - 12pm
Offered Livestream on Facebook
According to Buddha we have all been each other’s parents and children countless times, and yet this most natural function of birthing and parenting can be the beginning of a most profound journey of self-development. Through the ups and downs, the loving times, the times of frustration, whether we are sick, exhausted, stressed or just plain tired, our job of parenting does not go away. We can’t just shake it off! It’s with us for life!
Through an integration of the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings with the everyday realities of parenting, we will explore some ideas on parenting in times of stress.
