Alone Together

with Scott Snibbe
Karuna Cayton
Sunday, May 31st, 10:30am - 12pm
Facebook Livestream

Millions are now faced with enforced solitude, while others, in the crush of families together all day, realize how much we needed that time alone we took for granted. The essence of meditation is getting to know yourself alone, without social stimulus, entertainment, or reputation—what we truly are deep inside ourselves. There, we can find in our mind a place of satisfaction that’s equally at ease when we’re alone or when we’re with others.

About Scott Snibbe
Scott Snibbe is a twenty-year student of Tibetan Buddhism, whose teachers include Geshe Ngawang Dakpa, Ven. Rene Feusi, Choden Rinpoche, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, and His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Inspired by his teachers, he leads meditations that infuse the pure lineage of the great Buddhist masters with science, humor, and the realities of the modern world. Scott lives in Berkeley, California with his wife and daughter.
