Kindness and Gratitude

with Venerable Carol Corradi

This morning we will briefly explore what the Buddha taught about gratitude and reflect on the role of kindness in the expression of gratitude. ​

This is part of our Taste of Buddhism program. Join us for a short talk, meditation, and taste treats on Sunday mornings. Each week features a new topic. Open to all levels.

Ven. Carol Corradi has been a nun in the Gelug Tradition for over 25 years. In 1990 she helped found Tse Chen Ling Center in San Francisco. She has taught various courses over the years at Tse Chen Ling, including the Discovering Buddhism series. Having worked as a mechanical engineer for over twenty years, she brings an analytical and practical perspective to her study and presentation of Buddhist concepts and meditation.

Suggested Donation is $20 at the door. Your generous donations are essential for the continuation of programs like this.  Nobody is turned away for lack of funds.

Tse Chen Ling Center for Tibetan Buddhist Studies is a Dharma Center dedicated to cultivating compassion and wisdom. Inspired by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Lama Zopa Rinpoche, we provide teachings and practices in the Gelug lineage of Tibetan Buddhist tradition. We offer meditation and a wide-range of Buddhist and secular programs as well as other basic life improvement classes. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization located in the Ingleside neighborhood of San Francisco.
