Our session will include time for Q&A, discussion, meditation and delicious home-made breakfast treats. Everyone is welcome.

Leo Villela is a psychologist who has been practicing in San Francisco since 1989. He incorporates Buddhism in his work.  He has lead meditations and offered Dharma talks at Tse Chen Ling.
