Doing meditation retreat is an invaluable way to deepen our spiritual practice and get a taste of our inner potential. But most of us lead busy lives, how do we find time for retreat? In this talk we will cover what a retreat is, why it is important, and how to make time for it. We will also discuss various types of retreat, finding one that is right for you, retreat obstacles, and how to do a retreat in a healthy way.
