Embrace wellness through movement and restorative yoga

Spring Session offers participants:
  • Strength gain and better balance after surgery or injury
  • Ease of movement for walking and being active
  • Tools for pain modification due to chronic issues
  • Group class for self care even after discharge from physical therapy
Intention of the class is to offer affordable and integrated resource for moving well for life.
Your class is always the highlight of my week. So much gratitude to you for getting it going — it has made a huge difference in my life.
No prior experience with yoga required for participation.

Education and experience
  • Licensed Physical therapist
  • 30 years of work experience in movement dysfunction caused by acute and chronic joint problems, sports injuries, women's health and chronic pain
  • Advanced restorative yoga training and Certified level 1 restorative yoga teachers training, by Judith Lasater
  • Pelvic floor teachers training from Leslie Howard

Tse Chen Ling Center for Tibetan Buddhist Studies is a Dharma Center dedicated to cultivating compassion and wisdom. Inspired by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Lama Zopa Rinpoche, we provide teachings and practices in the Gelug lineage of Tibetan Buddhist tradition. We offer meditation and a wide-range of Buddhist and secular programs as well as other basic life improvement classes. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization located in the Ingleside neighborhood of San Francisco.
