$50.00 for 4 classes, prepaid on first day of class
$15.00 per class for drop ins

  • Licensed Physical therapist
  • 32 years of work experience in movement dysfunction caused by acute and chronic joint problems, sports injuries, women's health and chronic pain
  • Certified to teach Kundalini yoga and therapeutic restorative yoga
