Applying Buddhism to Our Daily Life

with Don Isaacson

Thursdays,
7:00pm – 8:30pm
July 16 – August 6, 2015
In this class, we will discuss how to use Buddhist methods to better deal with the challenges that arise in daily life. Various techniques for reducing and eliminating difficult emotions will be presented which can help us maintain a more peaceful state of mind.

We will also explore the causes of pain and suffering according to Buddhism and how to ultimately overcome them and achieve a lasting sense of well-being.
This class is open to everyone. All are welcome.
