Welcome to Tse Chen Ling Center for Tibetan Buddhist Studies. Inspired by His Holiness, The Dalai Lama and our Spiritual Director, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, we provide teachings and practices in the Gelug lineage of Tibetan Buddhist tradition. We offer meditation and a wide range of Tibetan Buddhist studies and programs for people of all levels of interest in Tibetan Buddhism. The Tibetan language name of our center means “Land of Great Compassion” and was given to us by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
Tse Chen Ling is an affiliate of the FPMT, the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition, and we are committed to upholding the Ethical Policy of FPMT by providing a safe place for students to develop their study and practice of Buddhism. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization located in the Ingleside neighborhood of San Francisco.
