Dakini Day
with Vajrasattva Tsog
All are welcome to join us for our monthly Dakini Day tsog offering practice!
Historically, Tse Chen Ling celebrates tsog twice a month, on the 10th and 25th Days of the Tibetan Month. Lama Tsongkhapa tsog is celebrated via Zoom on the 10th Day of the Tibetan month. Vajrasattva tsog is offered on Dakini Day every 25th Day of the Tibetan month, as a part of our series "Women of Wisdom: Celebrating the Living Legacy of Buddhist Women."
Dakini Day is celebrated, in person, at Tse Chen Ling Center. We gather at 6:00 pm, arrange the altar and any food offerings we bring, practice the Heruka-Vajrasattva tsog created by Lama Yeshe, and enjoy tsog supper and tsog circle together.
This free event is co-led by sangha and students.

WOMEN OF WISDOM
Celebrating the Living Legacy of Buddhist Women
Over the course of a year, Women of Wisdom: Celebrating the Living Legacy of Buddhist Women will highlight and celebrate women teachers and practitioners in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. The programs in this series spotlight the history and impact of women in Buddhism and share the wisdom stewarded by a range of female lineage holders, teachers, scholars, monastics, and lay practitioners.
The series coincides with the 35th anniversary of the founding, by two women, of Tse Chen Ling Center for Tibetan Buddhist Studies in San Francisco. Women of Wisdom: Celebrating the Living Legacy of Buddhist Women hopes to contribute to ongoing efforts to support global programming featuring female Buddhist teachers and scholars and presenting topics of importance to women on the Buddhist path.
