We offer an ongoing program of meditation helpful to both beginning
and continuing students. Various techniques, including analytical,
visualization and concentration further our understanding and
practice of meditation.

Tse Chen Ling Center All Levels. Basic meditation instruction and quiet meditation on the breath.

How to Meditate Introductory Guided Meditation |
Starts Saturday, March 22, 9:00 am Weekly through December 27 Location:
Tse Chen Ling Center Basic instruction and practice. Get an overview of how to arrange your body and mind before meditating and learn different methods of meditations. One session of meditation on the breath, followed by a guided meditation. Time for questions about your own practice afterwards. Drop-in's always welcome! One hour every Saturday morning.
