Week One Getting unhooked: Introduction to the principles and and practice of mindfulness meditation.

Week Two The Three Noble Principles: Keystones for
establishing a formal sitting practice at home.

Week Three Meditation in Action: Learning to integrate present
moment awareness in daily life.

Week Four Basic Sanity and Basic Goodness: Connecting with the power of our own innate wisdom and compassion.

Attendance at all sessions is recommended. New techniques will be presented each week and build on previous classes. Arrive before 6:30pm at the first class to register.

Suggested donation: $40 for all four sessions. Sliding scale available. (No one turned away for lack of funds.)
