Guided meditation is a way to obtain deeper realizations and expose our unconscious beliefs when it comes to our conventional views on life and the way things exist. Through it we can gain insight and develop mindfulness. These guided meditations examine various topics of the LamRim (graduated path to enlightenment.)
Meditation is a great way to overcome stress and transform everyday problems into happiness!
Every class begins with basic techniques and breathing meditation.
Open to all levels.  Donations appreciated.
