Contemplation meditation is another type of guided meditation using passages from various teachings on the Buddhist path. It provides an opportunity to practice analytical meditation through silent introspection and reflection.

Meditation is a great way to overcome stress and transform everyday problems into happiness.

Every class begins with basic techniques and breathing meditation.
